I tried the other place before but this place has such a comforting vibe to it!! Definitely very comfortable for rainy days since I came yesterday, will say the customer service is so respectful and chill. The girl who took my order was patiently waiting for my selections and said she could wait and guided me towards what was best or what was popular. I got a passionate green tea and gyoza for me and my little brother, took maybe less than 10 minutes to make. Stayed for a bit since it was so calming. Will be coming back because this is truly a comforting experience, place seems a bit hidden and niche since I didn't see many people there.

I usually enjoy bubble tea shops and have had great experiences at other locations, but this one was disappointing. My sister and I walked up to the register, and the cashier didn’t acknowledge us at all. She just kept looking down and didn’t greet us or ask how she could help. not a “hi how are you” or even the basic “hi what can i get get for you” I ended up having to say “Hello” first before she finally responded. I ordered a strawberry milk tea with boba. After I had already paid, the cashier called out asking if I wanted black tea or green tea. I was confused because I never mentioned either one, i had only ordered a strawberry milk tea with boba. I had to repeat my order, and she realized she had made a mistake. There were only two drinks in our order, so it was surprising that there was still confusion. Overall, the customer service felt very dry and unwelcoming, and the order wasn’t even entered correctly the first time. I hope this location can improve its customer service and pay closer attention to customers’ orders.

Had a poké bowl here a couple weeks ago. It was very good. Very polite workers. Would definitely go there again and try other things from their expansive menu.

Our recent trip to get bubble tea was absolutely delicious. My go-to is the Thai coffee with tapioca pearls and it did not disappoint. My kids love the strawberry milk tea and they switch between popping bobas and tapioca pearls. The facility is nicely decorated and they have really grown with what they offer as far as food for visitors. I'm a big fan of getting the sushi burrito as they offer so many different ways to personalize the order and they get it right every time. It's a cute and trendy little restaurant that has really been beneficial to the area. We have been coming here for a while and definitely don't plan to stop visiting anytime soon.

This food is so amazing. I keep coming in for the curry box. I am in love. Lol. I get the kiwi or mango or passionfruit smoothie with the pearls, too. The atmosphere is nice too. I can work on my ipad at the table and eat my food. And the best part is the place is consistently great.
